A fond farewell

Goodbye to the cooling towers that have been part of the Didcot landscape for over 40 years. There was a laser display message on the cooling towers this evening. The scrolling message didn't come out so good and even the static message juddered slightly making it a little blurry.

Personally, I will be sad to see them go. I would never have chosen to build cooling towers to blight a landscape, but since these have been there for as long as I have known the area, I have grown quite attached.
