Wednesday Night Curry on a Tuesday

Wednesday Night Curry on a Tuesday.
My night for cooking is normally a Wednesday (plus other random nights:). Typically its either a curry or a Mexican taco but this, as I am week I am out with the Cambridge Camera Club shooting evening architecture, my 'Curry Night' has switched to tonight.

Not cooked this one before. I have chosen 'Kaju Chicken, Saag Paneer, Onion Bhajis, Vegetable Samosas and Rice. I have not used Paneer Cheese before, or heared of it.

I started prepping early so I could take this photo for my daily journal hence the empty wine glass
