LSG - Curious ft. LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes and Lil’ Kim

Had a wonderful day off with my wife. Made some big purchases today and looking forward to working for them and getting one of them delivered. It will be a mark for us and for the other, watching movies/playing video games will not be the same! ;-)

We received a wonderful present from close friends, a Tefal Multi Purpose cooker. One of the key points is the pressure cooker! Earlier this year I made Kakuni (braised pork belly from scratch) which took 3 hours just to boil. As good as it smelled and looked, the meat ended up being rubbish. Too hard.

This pressure cooker drastically minimised the time and was sooooo much more tender. Still got a ways to go to make it better, but wow, a big difference. The Mrs and I had fun prepping and cooking and were really curious on how the machine functions. Reading the instructions, tefal cooking videos on YouTube and just getting to know the pressure cooker. Signs of married life? Most certainly!

We started our day earlier this time and did so much. It was great. It’s time like this I really enjoy!
