Nostalgia

Takes me right back to childhood... collecting elderberries at the side of the canal, for dad’s homemade red wine. And screaming every time a spider landed in my bucket! :-)

Speaking of my dad (which I do often!) the Running Down Dementia Challenge for Alzheimer's Research UK has now officially ended.  Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and donated, it really meant a lot to me and motivated me to run further.

Smashed my targets so feel very proud of that. Would have loved to double the distance and reached 200km but tendonitis put paid to that and I'm not going to beat myself up about it anymore. Thanks again xx
