Wot's up?

Met these two chihuahuas this afternoon in Stirling . Their owner had popped into a nearby shop and their barking made it clear they didn't like being left alone.
Visiting Stirling centre these days is a strange experience with so many shops closed and few people around.
One can't help wondeirng what the future holds for this small town with aspirations to be a city.
