Garden pano

The new bed arrived, expectation turned to upset when we discovered it was the wrong colour. We thought we’d ordered a fawn colour, it came as stone, which is a grey. We should have checked the order more carefully.

I don’t think there’s much we can do except get used to it! I rang the store to see if anything could be done. The manager was not there and they promised to ring tomorrow.

I completed my Wittersham Road signalbox rules examination and was pleased to have passed with no significant errors. That’s three of the four exams done, all passed. One, possibly two more to do.

Yesterday’s missing prescription has not turned up so I had to be remeasured by the practice nurse and a new prescription created and sent to the pharmacy. Goodness knows how long it will take to fulfil.

Today’s blip is of some of the exuberant annuals grown by Susan this year. The rampant Tagetes, and the Cosmo and Dahlias make a fine panorama show.
