She's In!

Year 2 Day 163 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 267 days ago.  UK open. Overseas travel with restrictions.

She's been waiting 8 months to move and today it actually hapened after a false start on Tuesday. Daughter Lorna had not actually seen inside prior to today as it was lockdown when it was on the market and the seller would only allow one person in! She also demanded that she be allowed to stay until the end of June. As a result of the internal/external condition she got 10K off the asking price, and with house prices sky rocketing, it's now worth £50K more than she has paid. It won't take long to clean the house and decorate it. It's a 4 bed detached so the additional space inside and out will be great for them and granddaughter Amelia.

I also got in today to see the house before daughter Lorna as only her partner had seen it when viewing. By the time we got the keys at 3pm and unloaded all the cars and vans it was 7.30pm before we got home. The blip pic is the only one I've taken all day. We're delighted she's in and bagged herself a bargain!
