Mirror calm

Barely a breath of wind today and a haze to the air everywhere. It's only reached about 12° but conditions still seemed to encourage the nasty little bitey insects out.

An early chiropractor appointment (immediate relief, as before, with the old knees) then on to golf. Today was my penultimate scoring 18 hole competition of the year as things are beginning to wind down to accommodate the shorter days. Despite the little bitey things I played fine and enjoyed the company, as always.

Then foodshopping before back to base (with this view of the Hope on the way home), pilates tonight and (yet more) organising. Time for a sit on the sofa!
