A quick, easy and very late supper after golf this evening. An EB (you can probably tell!).

Proper dog training today - and Berry ran off (oops). Actually, it was a good training experience and she came back quicker than previously which is encouraging. She was doing so well and then just couldn't resist ... We did meet another owner plus dog who had also taken classes with the same trainer. Her cocker is now 3 and a model of sensible spaniel behaviour but the owner assured me he used to be very wayward so here's hoping we'll be saying the same in a year's time!

Good golf tonight but the nights are definitely drawing in now; it got a bit hard to see the ball in the distance towards the end.
