Saimin

Saimin is a popular Hawaiian food, and this one is apparently a very traditional one (eaten for lunch at Hamura Saimin in Lahue, Kauai, Hawaii). It consisted of noodles in dashi with ham, fish cake, and green onions. It was delicious. We enjoyed a passion fruit chiffon pie afterward.
