Returns?

So I fell for the ad on FB, ordered these sandals should have been a bit wary when I was getting frequent emails with details of the journey of the parcel coming from Singapore, onto USA and eventually to UK. Once they arrived sadly they were  too narrow. The leaflet, no address but promises of support by email.
A request for address to return them, requested photo of goods and package, and confirmed it was what I ordered therefore no exchange or refund.
Size 7 sandals for someone with a narrow foot, any takers?
