Spring Gold…..

We are still reeling with shock after the terrorist attack in an Auckland supermarket yesterday. We wish the seven stabbed victims speedy recoveries. On a more cheerful note there were only 20 new Covid-19 cases reported in Auckland today. We hope the downward trend continues. The total number of cases in the country in this outbreak is 782. It is pleasing that 54 of those have recovered.
Here Maisie is checking out the water in the ponding area of the river early this morning.
The early mornings are becoming lighter and lighter. The sun is shining before Maisie and I finish our walk. The evenings are lighter, much to the delight of the cats.
