Brimstone #17

I didn't expect to be still blipping new butterflies at this time of year, but when we came across a Brimstone again at Lunt Meadows it had to be my blip. We don't normally go to reserves at the weekend as it's usually quite busy but after a morning in the garden the sun came out and we decided to take a chance and drove the 20 minutes to Lunt. It wasn't as busy people wise as we expected which was nice, but it also wasn't too busy bird wise apart from ducks and geese. Until this butterfly came along I was going to blip a tufted duck, but that can wait now :)

When I got home, I spent the rest of the evening hemming some curtains for my mum. She can't manage it anymore as she has arthritis in her hands. It took me ages.....
