Old Bolingbroke

A visit to the village of Old Bolingbroke, site of Bolingbroke castle where Henry IV was born. In the Church we met a bell ringer who was keen to tell us about the church, its history and their plans to keep it open in the future. Quite an inpirational character. Later we walked to West Keele through fields of golden wheat being harveted all around. I spotted a snake skin in the  grass - glad I didn't meet its owner! (See extra).
