Crash!

There was an almighty bang and this is what we found upstairs. We'd all run to the bathroom first thinking out window had been smashed again but we then found this on the upstairs hall floor.

Amazingly the picture and glass seem undamaged.however the picture had slid straight down the wall and shattered and electric plug socket (see additional pic) when the 14 year old piece of string burst! That picture is older than that. I gave it to my husband in the early days of dating, so start of this century. It is a bit faded now, but I like it and since it has survived calamity, I reckon I need to get it rehuung.
