Beautiful Penstemon, it goes on and on flowering!

Yesterday I had a long chat to Mary, which cheered me up, and this morning I went up the road to see Rachel. She'd got a free slot in her Alexander Technique diary and had offered it to me. I felt very relaxed by the time she'd finished moving my body about and I agreed to meet her at the climbing wall tomorrow. I've got to get over my discomfort with my face! Anyway, I've finished with the cream now and am into the healing period, which may take some weeks, but I've bought some aloe vera gel which should help.

What wonderful friends I have :-)

It's been very hot today again but at least it was windier than yesterday... until this evening. I'm currently sat with my feet in cold water!
