Love was in the air

A visit to Tattershall Castle today, at least it was cool inside the Tower. We climbed the 149 steps to the top and were rewarded with views across Lincolnshire including a hazy view of Lincoln Cathedral 20 miles away. I enjoyed the castle but the real joy for me was watching the Dragonflies darting and mating over the moat. I think the main shot is a pair after mating stuck together and the extra a pair mating. Both shots are very croppped and they don't half move fast so despite the bright day I have hundreds of very out of focus shots. These are sadly the best but how fascinating.
