Little visitor

Next door’s fence is still super ugly but at least the shrubs are starting to grow up to cover it. In the meantime we shifted some of the bird feeders so we are also entertained by the little visitors and can enjoy their loveliness as a distraction.

The rambunctious starlings arrive en masse elsewhere in the garden and create a right old melee when they come down for a feed. So we also have this quieter spot for the little birds and so far the starlings have left them in peace so all the gentle ones like this Robin can enjoy a far more civilised feed.
