Over it

Another busy day of triptych checking etc but was able to enjoy an hour or so with friends having a catch-up coffee in Richmond.  

Too much sitting at computer again has had an effect on my back and I found myself lying in front of the fire simply wishing it better.  The good thing is I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow morning - yay!!  I'm not a very patient person when it comes to being sick/incapacitated/immobilised land I do tend to try to push on regardless.  Probably not the best healing strategy in the world.
