FOWL WEATHER

Back at the Horicon Marsh. Still not many geese arriving...sometimes the sky is almost black with skeins of geese but not yet. Another couple of weeks.

But ducks are always around...sometimes in fewer numbers than during migration. Of course there's always the resident population of them that fails to migrate. They will stick around as long as there's food available.

FYI...the D500 Nikon is a DX body so this shot is at 900mm effective.
