Wild Wicken

We had another bracing walk at Wicken Fen, once again hiding in the bird hide for a few photos. So , this week, instead of raindrops, you have snowflakes and the reeds.

I may add that as soon as we got home the snow eased off. We are now fortified by a sausage sandwich and a cuppa, and are resuming serious resting in the the warm.

The rest of the gingerbread pancakes were consumed today, mine was a stack with bananas and chocolate sauce, Mr H went for the same fillings, however, preferred flat to stack. Delicious.

Such is the minutiae of our Sunday.
