Holiday day 1 of 2. We’ve not had a day off work together since June. The intention was to have a lie in and a leisurely breakfast but the noise of neighbours going to work stopped that happening. The weather was wet and not great for doing much other than some shopping in Solihull, it made a nice change and we had a couple of coffee stops to people watch.
When I was leaving work on Sunday someone gave me this little flower which had been knocked off and was sitting on the pavement. We’re trying to keep it alive for a little while longer.
