TINY SEEDS

I am not sure what this TREE this is, but
those little seed heads were striking, even though they are TINY. I saw this TREE while walking with Angus in the morning. It was quite cool, which came as a surprise.

During our evening walk we saw a
BEVY OF QUAIL, which was
lovely. They were scurrying amongst the
underbrush, but came out en masse just briefly.

Later, we saw a large OWL fly up to a chimney & pose for us. My hurried photos of both were not worth saving. However, seeing them was such a treat.

The neighborhood comes alive at dusk….
