In Flight

Birds, and a whirly bird.  I went to the Baylands expecting to photograph some shorebirds. When the helicopter came by and frightened them all into the air, I remembered the small plane that crashed into the marsh yesterday after clipping the power lines. The plane is still in the marsh, and PG&E were still busy re-stringing wires - the helicopter seemed to be helping them.
The pilot was unhurt, unlike the power lines and his plane. A couple more in extras.
