2pm at the Town Hall.
I took Smoochi for a walk in the Manor Gardens at 1.15pm, I hadn't been there for a long time.
I saw Squirrels & lots of pretty flowers; stopped to chat with a man & his 6 month old puppy before heading off to the Town Hall in time for 2pm.
