This is a new addition to the garden, bought during a visit to Keltneyburn Smithy, near Aberfeldy
It’s the work of Heather Cummings, artist and a scrap metal sculptor.
She creates sculptures from just about anything that welds.
“Recycling is very much our thing,” she says. She works with her husband Graham using a mix of new steel and old scrap pieces to make an array of sculpture portraying the natural world, often with a touch of humour.
Their work is so popular that on the day we visited the gallery was almost empty. Except for this bird, one of a few remaining pieces.
