Heatwave?

We hear of temperatures in the 30’s in England and that this will be the last heatwave of summer.
 
Maybe, but not in Scotland. We’ve had rain.
 
We have had the  first zoom meeting of our local Open Gardens committee. Apart from a few initial hitches logging on it went remarkably well.
 
But the meeting probably raised more questions than it answered.
 Planning for future openings remains a challenge, as no one knows what the restrictions will be in a month’s time, never mind 6/8 months!
Meanwhile we are remaining optimistic and are all working to make sure that the  gardens can be open next year albeit with some restrictions if necessary.
