Spicy

I’ve only crossed the door once today and that was to shop for mustard seeds, vinegar and dill weed. It was pickling time you see and a pickling spice mix was needed to zoosh up those allotment cukes. Not something I’ve tried before so the whole process took somewhat longer than it should have, mainly due to me working out how to manage ‘canning’ the pickle jars. Sussed it eventually though and we now have six (properly sealed) jars of dill pickles sitting next to the chutney and awaiting our future delication.
