Cormorant

I went out a few times when it wasn't raining including going out for run.
When I popped out into the park in the late afternoon the sun had appeared.
For some reason the undergrowth around the lake has not been tended to this summer and so it's difficult to get a photo.
Rubbish United game after a sending off. Terrible error at the end to lose it.
I had to do an online yoga class afterwards to cope.
