Day 4: Port Eynon to Pennard

Early morning view of Port Eynon beach and family showing it’s never too early to fly a kite!

Another circa 10 mile day on a very varied and tough section of the Wales Coastal Path including beach, sand dunes and moorland with some steep cliffs. But it was great with clusters of ancient fortification on the heights.

Rain kept away until the last 15 minutes and we managed to shelter at the Southgate pub. That was lucky!
