Plum tart for Tea

The third Sunday of September is the Swiss Federal Day of Thanksgiving. The following Monday (today) is a national holiday. It is tradition to bake a plum tart and here is mine! The pastry is gluten free and made with almond flour.

It was very tasty and it will taste just as good tomorrow for breakfast!
