The First Day of Autumn

I went down to the park again this morning, combining with a couple of errands in that part of the town. The skies are mixed, but getting sunnier. As you see, the flowers are still looking great in these flowerbeds planted in a semicircle.
 
It has felt more autumn like in these last few days and now we need a cardigan or light jacket in the mornings and evenings.
 
I just love autumn. Last night, I put a light duvet on my bed for the first time since last winter. It felt so lovely and snug!
