This was my afternoon :) trying to take water drop shots through glass with mini eggs in the background. Rain-x makes all the difference! Marginally successful but only really got to grips with it by the time the light was fading. Will have to try again on a brighter day.

First disappointment with the D800, doesn't appear to have a built in IR sensor so my old wireless trigger is not compatible - will have to get another one that fits in the connector at some point. Live view however was not a disappointment - really good by comparison the the D90, much higher magnification and level of detail.

In other news the mocha cake from yesterday was very tasty if a little on the rich side :)
