Rainbow webs in the vine

This afternoon I went to Chirk where I was playing for the French social dancing with a group of other musicians.  It was a lovely sunny afternoon and great to be able to hold it outside.

There was late afternoon sun in the garden when I got home and lots of bees around the flowers plus a red admiral butterfly making the most of the last rays.

The grapes on my vine are starting to ripen and the leaves are changing to their autumn tones.  I particularly loved how the sun was catching some spiders webs and painting them with rainbow colours.
