Tiny Tuesday - Wasp Nest

This wasp nest lies along the main path in Tyninghame Woods and it is well sign-posted to avoid stings to passersby and dogs. I thought it might make a good project for a tiny Tuesday challenge.. However, I was struggling with light levels, depth of field and adequate shutter speeds to capture the wee beasties. In the end I shot off a load of shots and have combined two or three of them to produce this image. As I was using a 600mm lens I was safe enough not to disturb the wasp and produce angry reactions !
