Appointment at GP surgery first thing - flu jab in my left arm; covid booster in my right arm.

Headache, achey today, this evening cold - early to bed (well early for me).

AJ - discussion today with the manager of the care home, due to increased needs they gave advised looking for a nursing home.

My sister - still some issues with gall bladder and vertigo/sickness still present. More days in hospital unfortunately.

After school, took Caleb to the park, had an ice cream, weather lovely and warm.
