Dinner Plate Substitute

Wandering around a country park and woods I spotted some enormous mushrooms growing at the base of trees, some easily the size of large dinner plates.  This immature group were rather more modest in size; Dryad's Saddle Mushroom or Polyporus Squamosus.  Apparently they are edible ... not that I would ever try without expert identifiaction!
