in my old neighborhood

i was running errands - and happened to be - near my old neighborhood - i wasn’t really paying - attention, i mean i was - to my driving - but not necessarily my other surroundings - when suddenly i noticed - in a yard - a wild turkey was - trotting through the front - i did a double take - to be certain - and then pulled out my phone - while carefully following - it until i got within - a distance to take - a few shots - hoping they’d turn out

as you can see - fairly successful and i’m - still amazed at running - into such a creature - it’s as though all - the pieces fell into place - so we all could experience…
