Impromptu hen party

An unusual day. Apart from being hubby’s birthday we also had an impromptu hen party at the garden centre.
The garden centre owner is getting married on Saturday to a lovely Romanian girl, she has very little family or friends in this country so we had a last minute hen party for her today after the garden centre had closed, just a few nibbles and a glass of something fizzy.
We’re usually away for hubby’s birthday but not this year so we had a couple of drinks at the local and a curry for dinner. Maybe a little more chance to celebrate at the weekend.
