These rowan berries looked very exotic. The tree looked like it really couldn’t have supported much more. If this is a portent, it looks like we’re in for a hard winter.

At the pond tonight peace and tranquillity had been restored - the Canada geese appear to have moved on and boss swan was looking suitably smug about it.
