eyelashes to flutter ....

The dogs behaved impeccably last night and I even had to wake them up so that was a good result! Brodie has now gone back to his owners and I have enjoyed being back with my two rascals. It occurred to me today that while you have seen many sides of Bruce on these pages, you have never seen his amazing eyelashes. Aren't they wonderful? Never having had a spaniel before i have no idea if eyelashes like these are standard in spaniels or whether he is specially blessed. I think he would go all coy if he knew I was posting this shot of him!!!

Apart from that it has been another bitingly cold day with continuous flurries of snow so I am going to get cosy and work on my quilt tonight.
