Day walk

Headache on and off after yesterday’s flu jab. Woke up with it too. Took a paracetamol earlier and another more recently. No energy and feeling a bit cold too.

Thought a walk might snap me out of it. Maybe helped. But since getting back, still dozy. I read usually goes within 24 hours. So should be right as rain tomorrow.
