Flour Power

My university kitchen is quite "minimalist" and my love of baking has had to take a pause during term time. Now that I'm back with my bakery books I couldn't wait to try out new recipes and today I made my first ever loaf of bread! It is a rosemary focaccia following "The Great British Bake Off" recipe which was far easier than I expected.
Less than an hour of it being out of the oven it had been tried by my family - all with positive reviews.
