Storytime

Eben, in the evening sunlight, listening to Ruth reading a chapter from Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire. His little brother & cousin like to race around the house shouting 'Voldemort!' - they didn't sign up to that bit about him being 'he who shall not be named'.

Our last full day here... tomorrow we pack up, clean the house and drive home. Today's been a heady mixture of sunshine and squalls, with a strong westerly making the lineful of towels and wetsuits dance and billow. We finished the day with some excellent fish and chips, eaten in the house as it really was too chilly to have them outdoors. Autumn is here.
