Tiny Tuesday - Baby Parsnips

The baby parsnips which I planned to have as part of dinner tonight became the subject of TT ;o). Took a lot of shots and messed around a lot and ended up with this weird thing which appealed to me as they were transformed into some other worldly thing ; ). Other versions in extras!  They were quite delicious with butter and pepper and salt ;o)

Long weekends make it hard to slip back into the usual work routine and getting up at 5.45am was not what I wanted to do. Three days of sleeping in a bit made it very hard to get up this morning and I’m very sleepy now zzzzzzz……..
