Coquet Island

We decided on a walk by the sea this morning which got extended to a walk round a nature reserve, as well. The extra is a collage of some of the nature we found.
In the afternoon I went for a run trying to follow a bridleway on the map. I lost that route but found some runnable vehicle tracks up into a plantation and onto the moor, with a cairn (possibly a medieval beacon) an dsome other ruins. I made sure I knew which way I'd come so I could reverse it and get back to the car. I took a couple of pics on the phone - but they're still there!
