Ashley Terrace Boathouse

I know it features fairly frequently in my blips; but thought the Ashley Terrace Boathouse was looking rather good, in the morning light, as I passed by earlier today ;-)

... actually, was very pleased to have some free time to get out in the good weather this morning - rest of the day spent bound to the computer!
