Selfie

The last of HeartFreek's September Challenge, today it is SELFIE.
So here I am out for a windy walk with Smoochi, I surprised myself & managed to walk up to see the chikens & back with little extra pain.
Hopefully it continues that way, it hasn't gone away yet & I don't want to get to that point again when I feel I'm pushing myself into an early grave or a wheelchair.
As you can see I'm quite pleased with myself today & was very happy to see the chickens looking well & happy walking about eating all the grubs & food put out for them. :)
