Zoo Poo

I'm not a very early morning runner but today I was out the door at 7am!  For why?  Well, we wanted to get to the allotment to shovel some **** before the forecast rain came over.  Saughton Mains Allotment gets a delivery of poo from the zoo twice a year.  £1 a barrow (bargain) and a maximum of 5 barrows per plot.  We did have the tiny problem that our 'poo bay'  still had some of the spring's deposit in it that we'll use after the autumn tidy up.  But the one tonne builder bags donated by my brother-in-law came to the rescue and we filled a couple of those.  We cannot now move said bags but that won't be an issue....... I hope.  We were through those site gates by 9am and it was still morning when we got home.  What to do with the rest of the day?!
