Morning Light

It's the last morning cycle to work before I head off for some leave and there was a definite requirement for the use of lights with my bike.

..... and by the time I get back it will be dark in the mornings and the start of another long winter.

I do like watching the seasons change over the course of a year and you are definitely aware of it cycling on a regular basis..... But I have become more aware of how the long dark mornings and the early dark evenings can have an impact on folk.

So it's with that in mind that I'll definitely be trying to get more during the day... Enjoying the sun when it shines and making the most of the Winter light!
